Welcome to my Client Progress page, where I honour the incredible transformations achieved by members of Team D. Here, I highlight the journeys of a few women who have generously shared their progress with the world.

Carolina
Main concerns with Carolina were lack of exercise and daily movement, which was contributing to knee, pain and difficulty bending down. She felt out of breath when walking up stairs or walking quickly, and spent most of her days sedentary. She also struggled with brain fog and bursts of anxiety or rage throughout the day. This was directly correlated with the food choices she was making. Lastly, she also struggled with chronic bloating after her meals along with dysregulation in BMs.
I am pleased to report that Carolina went from zero training to 3 to 4 times a week, and she now prioritizes her daily walking. She reports having less chronic pain, feeling more energetic and now craving movement!
Carolina has been eating a variety of different foods and trying new recipes that allow for delicious wholefoods based nutrition. Sheās learnt how to navigate restaurants and what to do when she travels to support her body.
Education is number 1 when it comes to nutrition. When we understand what to do, how to do it and WHY, we regain control.

Ravin
Main concerns with Raven were mood fluctuations. It was very common for her to experience anxiety, brain fog, difficulty concentrating and feeling easily irritable. All of which was associated with poor blood sugar regulation and processed food intake. Quick & easy pre made meals were a staple and unfortunately contributing negatively to her mental health.
Weāve shifted focus from quick & easy processed foods to quick & easy whole foods. Being a mom of 2, it has to be convenient and realistic in order for this to become a sustainable lifestyle. Weāve implemented structure, timings & planning ahead to avoid procrastination and again, relieve stress & anxiety.
These are all tools that are within our power to control & they can greatly impact how we feel everyday.
I am proud of you Raven for asking for help and then putting in the work for yourself.

Brooke
The major concerns with Brooke were chronic bloating, SIBO and anxiety.
We worked towards eliminating refined foods, particularly refined sugars as they will feed SIBO. Following these protocols we regulated blood sugar to support her mental health.
Anxiety is greatly impacted by the foods we consume. Knowing what and how much of a specific food we are consuming can greatly reduce overall anxiety.
We also implemented more structure in her schedule along w exercise. This eliminated procrastination habits & promoted an adequate energy expenditure, again, reducing overall anxiety.
Imagine if we implemented life changing tools to help better manage anxiety before we prescribed medicationā¦
I am so proud of you Brooke, you had some stressful circumstances occur during our time together and you powered through like the champion you are. The resilience you have gained throughout this program doesnāt go unnoticed.
Never forget how strong you are.

So much to say here but Iāll try and keep it short. Tammy has been struggling with hip and and knee pain for years. Together we have been focusing on an anti inflammatory diet along w low impact activity to get her on the right path for improvement. We went from no activity to being able to swim, walk, complete physio exercises and just recently: use of the elliptical.
Great work Tammy, the improvements youāve made in just 20 weeks are remarkable. I canāt wait to see where you will be in 1 year. ššš

Casey
What you see and what you donāt see behind these transformations.

Weight loss.

A person who is no longer on prescription anti-depressants.
The Casey on the left had been on medication for over a year. We started working together, focusing on blood sugar management, ingredient knowledge/causes/effects, and whole foods.
Roughly around 12 weeks in, Casey asked her doctor to re-evaluate her need to be on prescribed anti-depressant stating she no longer felt the need to be taking them. The doctor agreed.
Casey has been off anti-depressants for over 2 months now. Thriving.
For some: nutrition IS more than calories in calories out.
For some: ingredients ARE important factors in preventing mental illnesses.

How can it be? We are all so different.
I am so proud of you Casey. Youāre a prime example of someone who did not let her mental illness define her. You took charge and said: no more.
